that poor 18 year old boy on there last night was HUGE! not that he was the only one but 18 and in that kind of shape.

The chickie and I started watching that show a few years back...one of the few "reality shows" of any real value on tv. This new season has by far the biggest competitors it's ever had. It's a cool show because it not only shows them how to work out but also brings in chefs and tells them how to cook and eat healthy.

I just started watching this show last mid-season...watched the new one last night...couldn't believe the old people lost so much weight...that was amazing!
