1 back shot for you, running test e tren e & proviron right now, not the cleanest diet but I do eat wholesome foods & lots of cold beer,,,,
5'6 182 in pic I rather have traps than killer abs,,,,

Looking solid bro. I think most of us have those same beer/love handles unluss we are cutting. Keep up the hard work.

The handles are the LAST to go for me bro as well with most of us..Just seems where I hold my water and fat. Sucks but just get your back and shoulders big to hide them :D
