Back at the gym hitting the heavy weights.

It's been about 6 weeks, but the doc said I could start back lifting 5-10 lbs with the right arm, so I've been shoving the chicks out of the way to get to my 5 pounders;)

It's not all bad, I've been doing leg presses and hacks for about a month now...will start doing squats soon as I can get the rom back in the arm enough to get my arm behind the bar.

I've been a cardio machine over the last month...doing about an hour a day, 5 x's a week for the last three weeks. I've never enjoyed doing cardio as much as I have lately, but I think I'd almost rather do cardio than weights now.

That's really good that you were actually still training legs and doing cardio..Alot of guys would just give up and say "fuck it" until they healed. As for the cardio new found love, that's just bc you feel like a little bitch with the 5ers...You'll be back to hating cardio again soon I hope!:D
