Ok I missed the start of the seaon...So dieting for a show now would be useless, only 9 weeks until the show. Now Im stuck here.
I need to make some drastic improvement to my delts and arms.....Legs are big and my lower half is good in general.
For my question....Im sitting at 5'9 at 240-245 @12%.....Should I diet down a bit, or should I just keep gaining while trying to add improvements to those mentioned bodyparts ?
Im super focused to get this done.....I have got to have more delt and arm and Im going to kill myself getting it.
Any advice ?
P.S. I could easily hit the 255-260 mark if I were to increase my calories....I have managed 245 with very little gear and calories.....However I dont see the point of putting on weight for the sake of seeing the scale move....If it makes me look better then by all means Im for it.
