just getting ready to start off season training. Excited to be doing the Mayhem show next spring. Plan to stay lean off season...for a change, hopefully I can accomplish that. Any of you got a comp coming up

thank you vicious cycle. im bulking up at the moment, my diet is of little use at the moment. eating like its my last meal on planet earth.

tried to find a few pics of you with no luck. no envy bro as we can all improve with desire and disipline, i have along ways to go

thanks man for the welcome. im beginning to see that theirs some bbs in the house. id be happy to talk shop and discuss dieting. im not exactly the most qualified but have some experience to share. hit me up anytime:D

I don't leave them up, but most here have seen them and can tell you that I can "turn it on" when I need to. I usually come in a little too thin (163) for my class. I look good, just smaller than the rest as J2DM can attest too.

Now post up that cutting diet as I'm fat right now (193) and 10 weeks out from my next show! :D

Fatty!!! I think you will come in a bit higher in weight this time around...VC you should post up what you plan to do as a diet and we can critique it if necessary...Now back to that Bulking Diet STX!! :)

Looking good bro!! Where is the mayhem classic at next year? and what competitions have you done before? You look familiar.... Think I have seen these pics somewhere....not sure though.
