Nice job bro, you tanning yet? How the hams coming along? Looking pretty symetrical...Legs its hard to tell from the lighting and being that your as white as they come! Lets see an ab shot and don't forget to squeeze both legs when hitting all your poses.

Yea tanning but just not going enough to get dark, i got dream tan. Legs are seperated but hams need to come up honestly, take time , definetely hard to build on low carbs..all in 35lbs heavier this year at same BF%.
