damn...man you look good!! all around!! the lat spread and the front double-bi pic looks GREAT!!!!!

the rear lat spread has always been my favorite pose. you, wylie and corrodo all have good ones.

Nice job bro, i didn't know you were packin all that heat...Looks like hammy's need some work or you gotta hit em while posing...Man, everything looks pretty damn good...I'd like to see some other of your mandatory poses. Try positioning your toes on both feet away from your body when doing back shots that will help make your legs appear bigger. Nice job bro, You hid alot under your clothes when I saw you, now all you need is a pair of pink thongs and you'll be a true champ!!!

Nice overall symetry Package, your coming along just fine playa!
Keep banging it out bc its paying off. Concentrate a bit more on the quads/hams/calves and you will be a force on the stage. Much respect, Wylie

Thanks, bro My hams and quads are actually are fairly strong but, i need them to blow them up, i think hitting them 2 to 3 times a week would
really help,,,whats your thoughts on growing those body parts

I try and hit legs every 4 days and calves 3-4 times a week. Those are my big laggers. They'll grow just keep hittin them consistantly..I said it before but you really do look great package!
