hm, interesting, why is this?

i did weights mtw along with cardio, then thurs cardio and posing only and friday posing only.

If I need to do cardio then I will do it, maybe 4 days out I'll cut it...My legs hold water and it seems that the more rest I give them and elevate them then the more they dry out.

Tell us about the diet.
To be honest VC, its nothing special. I eat constantly and am never full and never hungry (except when I wake up). Lots of chicken, steak, fish, yams, shredded wheat, rice, rice cakes, almonds, natty PB, broccoli and asparagus. 4-5 solid meals a day with 2-3 shakes a day. I am a very slow eater so sometimes one meal will run into the next meal, if that makes any sense. It could take me an hour and a half to eat a chicken breast, brocc and a yam, so by the time that I finish it's almost time for a shake.

Well, whatever you're doing; it's working.

AK, my choice of gear I think has minor impact on the amount of lean mass I've put on...More so in my diet and training. Of course gear helps tremendously but the key is what WE eat and doing things that our body is responsive in regards to weight training.
nice work, man....and right on, this sport is NOT all about drugs :)

thanks VC and packito!

Dude, being hungry is a good thing, you should eat when you're hungry but that feeling of hunger lets you know the diet is working and your metabolism is all revved up.
