7wks out

7wks out even though I will be competing in a show in the next coming 3wks.

My weight is 204lbs in these pics...I am holding more water than I have been over the past week.

damn j2tm u r looking unreal, man i think i am going back on. i am getting so small 195 now and just keep lossing i cant really lift any more but i will still gain some mass just being on, and i might try lifting lite with mad high reps like i did when i boxed pm me juice your work out and cycle and i will do it your way instead of mine as you look great man

Thanks all...Yeah VC, I didn't even realize those pics were literally almost exactly a year ago. It's very encouraging that not only I see a difference but others.

AK, my choice of gear I think has minor impact on the amount of lean mass I've put on...More so in my diet and training. Of course gear helps tremendously but the key is what WE eat and doing things that our body is responsive in regards to weight training.

LMAO, just the homos on this board...thanks my man!

SEVEN- Actually not a ton of cardio but 30-40 mins a day split up 4 days a week from 12wks out. Now I'm trying to hit at least 50 mins a day split in two.

So you do 30-40 mins normally then 12wks out you do 50 mins?

No, I do like 15 or 20 mins a day 3 times a week around the 12wk mark and then progressively increase it. For instance now, I'm doing cardio 4 days a week and 25mins in the morning and 25mins in the evening. I might bump it to 30 mins a session this coming week and then cut cardio off completely 5days out from the show.
