my abs are really "large"......if i'm not flexing them they're lazy like chuck liddell's lol.....actually i think i'm blessed genetically for having deep abs when i diet down....those pictures of my "early" contests as a bantamweight are on here somewhere and really show itlook real good Irish, abs are freakish so it's obvious you got your diet in check.
