what is your protein source for breakfast
I was just wondering what you guys use for your protein source for breakfast. I been eating six whole eggs for last 3yrs every morning, getting kind of sick up them, but my main reason to quit is because my choles. is creaping up a little. I new eggs were high in choles. but I didnt relize they were that high until I looked it up, 220mg per egg and your max daily allowance is supposed to be 300mg. WOW then add up all the meat I eat everyday on a 4500 calorie diet, no wonder my cholesterol is high!!!
