Time for some changes

I haven't posted my training log here yet but I tend to increase the weight each time. Now that I'm going natty again, I'm gonna try and go for higher reps with lighter weights. I want more definition. It's gonna be hard for me not to push myself since I lift with the guys .....

Remember that getting defined is more so in the dietary changes than the changes in training...Although higher rep training won't hurt.

You're so right about that, -MU-, my diet sucks. I think that I'm gonna post it here for you to read ... I don't eat as much as I should but I crave carbs all the time ..
