the ideal protein mix...

im putting together an order with trueprotein.com. i'd like to know what the best mix for my bulking goals would be.

percentage-wise or grams/lb...
1. best protein blend for both immediate and extended release.
2. best carb blend for nutritional needs and also flavor.
3. ideal amount of fats.
4. additions (BCAA's, creatine, glutamine, or other aminos).

money is no issue. i'm looking to put together "the Cadillac" of protein mixes. there are some obvious answers i know already, but i'd like the opinion of others too.

thanks.

fighteveryone first, be sure to consume no less than 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight from a variety of sources – the majority from whole-food sources is the main Key. The most and biggest mistakes people can make is to go right into bulking calories. Increasing from 2500 to 5000 calories in one shot, for example, is a sure way to get fat. There are two ways to approach this: Determine how many calories you're presently eating and make systematic weekly or biweekly increases to your present intake until you start to gain weight. For example, if you determine you are eating 2500 calories, start adding 250 to 500 calories every week or two.
Once you've made changes to your caloric intake, make sure you give your body a couple of weeks to adjust to the new intake before reassessing your progress. Remember, these changes are not going to take place overnight. One of most important thing is Outside of the workout and post-workout period; ensure that the majority of your carbohydrates,,,,

thanks MF.

i've got the eating thing down pat for the most part. that was a big issue in the past with me while trying to get bigger. i skimped on the cals becuase i was afraid of getting fat. in effect i cheated myself out of whole food sources and important carbs and fats. but ive gradually been increasing my intake. every time i hit a plateau i will increase my cals by 250-300.

right now i'm eating in the 4000-4500 calorie range, 75 percent of which is from regular meals and 25 percent from gainer shakes (muscle milk + isopure mass). my weight is steadily rising and my strength right now is the best it's ever been. i've put on a little fat (im still at about 13% and my abs are still defined when i flex), but from past experience i've learned that its actually easier for my to lose fat than gain muscle mass. so i'm not too concerned about that.

my question was about making a protein mix that would cater to me nicely. i figure a 60% whey isolate, 10% milk protein, 10% eggwhite protein, 10% complex carb, and 10% MCT mix would be ideal.

i've been mixing 2 scoops muscle milk with 3 scoops isopure mass as my regular shake lately.

food? pretty much your basics... meats with each meal (primarily chicken breasts, turkey slices for lunch, steak twice a week, and fish once a week... sushi as a treat), cream of wheat and/or egg whites for breakfast, raw almonds throughout the day for snack, yogurt as snack, granola as snack, i usually eat two triple stacked PB+J sandwiches daily as well (no sugar added jelly, natty peanut butter, and whole wheat bread). i just cant get enough of my PB+J. i can write out my weekly meal plan if you want. i usually write out a rough idea sheet on sundays in prep for the week ahead.

supplements? isopure mass, muscle milk, multi-v, and amino tablets. that's it.

gear? 800mg test enth (CBL T400) and 800mg eq (homebrew) every week. i take .5mg adex (IP) daily and 50mg proviron (MSL) too.
