Hell, you can do that shit with cell phones now days.

If that's all you need it for I would look into getting an older used model. Or maybe a pen and a note pad.

There is quit few deferent PDA's out there, I have two on hand 8125 and 8525 lately I have been using 8525 works very well with my outlook express email, G-mail and personal email. The phone has 3G UMTS service this service will lunch around august the internet speed would be 700GB that very fast can wait. I tested my device few days ago; I was getting around 100-110 GB speed. The most important I like those phones do to fact I could Tether the phone to my laptop I could be able to use the internet if I do not have (WIFI) internet Wireless. I also like the fact I could view my PDF files, Excel, Word office and power point.

If you are interested, I could lend you my 8125 for the mean time and try it out you need to have Cingular service and make sure you have unlimited PDA plan $39.99 meaning unlimited internet excess your call. Stay away from PDA’s smart phone….

I also have Sprint service I have another PDA phone if you want it I will send it to you and try it out man I have 5-6 cells phone laying around lol

Yes there is a software, I actually know few OR nurses has the same software on the same hand set device has all the medical information very useful. On my device, I only have the software connected to my office where I could be able to pull all devices and instrument that are in the inventory. Once I connect my device to active, sing at the office, it downloads all update information on my device including inventory. Thick to have PDA's it's worth every penny when your holding mini office in you’re hand. I will ask what software exactly they use ;)
