Want some more thinking? If you really want to know your current blood concentration, then you need to make a spreadsheet for each and every shot you did. With a cyp or enanthate, you're having carryover from several weeks prior.

Even my example earlier was simpler than reality.

That I know of. I watch that closely when "on"...so I make sure to know of all things about blood level, and sugar level.
