OK - so maybe I'm just being paranoid. I'm 4 weeks out as of this coming Saturday. If I lose 10 pounds between now and then I could easily make 176 on water loss. I've gone from 210 to 188/190 in 8 weeks doing this.

Current diet is:
meal one:
8oz chicken - 3 egg whites - 1 orange
meal two:
double scoop shake - 1 tbs natty PB
Meal three:
8 oz chicken - 1 can green beans
meal four:
double scoop shake - 1 tbs natty PB
meal five:
8 oz chicken - 1 can green beans or four cups salad mix.

Meal six (only on Monday and Thursday) 1 banana - 1 serving cream of rice - 1 serving brown rice - 1 tbs natty PB.

Lifting is six days a week - three on and one off:
Day #1 – Chest, Back, Abs
Day #2 – Legs, Calves
Day #3 – Shoulders, Arms, Abs

Cardio is a 20 minute progressive. Think of it as intensity levels at the minute marks. Minute 1,2 is a warm up at say speed three. Minute 3 is speed four, minute 4 is speed 5.5, minute 5 is speed 6 and minute 6 is speed 6.5.

Then it drops back to the speed four and you start all over again. At minute 19 you kick it into another gear and (in my case) It's speed 7.5 and then minute 20 is back to the warm up speed.

It's really not as hard as it sounds.

Minutes:
1,2|3,4,5,6|7,8,9,10|11,12,13,14|15,16,17,18|19,20

Supps:
500mg TC EW - 600mg TrenEth EW - now I've added 50mg Winny ED.

Thoughts? I hate to change anything last minute just because I'm being paranoid.

First thing that hit me, was you barely have any carbs in your diet at all, and your doing alot of cardio. Honestly if your weren't using TC and TrenE you would be further down in weight. I know peanut butter can fill you out but i get smooth from it, so i don't use it.I personally would lose the peanut butter and add carbs in, not a ton, but at LEAST 125-150,but thats me! I really don't know how you look so its hard to judge, but if your goal is to make middleweight you'll be under there for sure. You should drop a few lbs of water, just cutting it the last week.

The 10lbs isn't a problem, it's what type of look will you have.

my thought is aren't you getting flat alot from the lack of carbs and all the cardio.

Is this a keto diet or something similiar?

I would assume your going to do a big carb up friday into sat, before the show or something along those lines?

As far as that goes, wouldn't the carb up negate most of it?

It's a carb cycling diet - low carb and then on Mon and Thurs a big carb meal at the end of the day before bed.

As for a carb up the night before the show - I hadn't really planned on it. Depends on how I feel I guess.

I did this last time with good results, but I started out about 10lbs heavier this time. My thinking was that I had to at least put on a few pounds of muscle of this past year and a half.

This is also the most gear I've used. I'll have beginning an end photos up for sure and you can judge better what you think about it.

I honestly just need to stay leaner throughout the year. :(

When this is over I may just switch over to the diet you gave MU.

am i reading this right , ONLY carbs on Mon and Thurs?
Other than the orange every morning - yes that is correct. Boy do I feel like a million bucks those nights!! :D

EDIT:
Well I should say in all fairness that a can of green beans also has 16 - 20 grams of carbs and I usually have two cans a day.

VC, wouldn't even count the green beans,,,,,i can imagine how you feel, lol, 12-16 weeks of boring, tasteless food, microcosimed into one day of the show

VC, I just have to say that it is really impressive, the discipline you and some of the other guys here stick to is amazing. I can't imagine competing. Good job!

i have never done a show i try o stay around 9% or 10 highest and i eat well i cant imagine how strict id have to be to get into stage for
applause for those who compete guys u really work ur ass off i hope 1 day i can join u!
