New workout!

OK guys I need a new workout.... Heres the prob.

I will be limited to a Bench and barbells nothing else the bench is nice and fully adjustable as so is the rack....

I'm looking for total upper body only as my wheels are much bigger than the rest of me, thanks to hockey....

I would like to run a 4 day split between muscles if at all possible.....

I'm looking to gain mass thats it....

right now i'm doing 5x5 with:
1. squats, Benchpress, rows, curls....
2. squats, deadslifts (straightlegs), Military press, skull crushers
3. repeat 1
