Lean Body or Myoplex are good staple supplements and relatively cheap. mix some up with 2% milk and natty peanut butter and you've got a damn tasty shake with next to no carbs, some healthy fats, and high protien.
Muscle Milk is the Cadillac of supplements for me. i won't ever not use it... especially if im bulking. the gains just keep coming since i started using it and my bodyfat has barely budged.
