I start off with my rears and work my way forward to my front delts because your front delts are worked so much with other muscle groups.
I start off with this and in this order:
DB shrugs
3 sets...50lbs...25 reps
Upright Rows
3 sets...90lbs...15 reps
Military with DB's or BB
3 sets
Front Raises DB's
4 sets...25lbs...But my reps are different...I start out doing 8 on one arm and then 8 on the other, alternate back to the other arm and 6 and then 6 on the other and continually drop to 1 on each side...THis gives me a HUGE PUMP. I LOVE THOSE THE BEST!!!
DB Lateral Raises
3 sets...10lbs...15 Reps...But I turn my wrist as if I am pouring a pitcher of water when I peak at the top...Makes for a real deep burn.
Then I'll burn out with a military press machine for 20 reps and 3 sets.
