I guess I should introduce myself.

Just wanna introduce myself

i am 29 5'11'' @ 212 running 15-18%bf

I have extensive experience lifting since 13 so 16 years although I have been off for the past 2 due to my previous job. I have worked through many issues including 2 herniated discs c4 c5 which is currently an issue and L5 s1 as well as arthritis in both knees

my cycle experience is extensive running over 10 since i was 24 which is when I started and even have homebrew experience

My goals are to get between 6-9%bf at 190 by first week of june.

I am expecting to do most this without AAS

so hopefully I can give good info and help alot of you guys out. As you can see I have been a member here for a while just haven't posted often

that is quite an aggressive ambition to lose that much body fat in that short of a time, but hey welcome and good luck. i don't think you need aas to do that, what you need is a hell of a lot of cardiovascular work, and proper diet.

Honestly its all about diet I have dropped 25 lbs in my first 4 weeks and brought my bf% down from a much higher amount already. I was gonna jump on in the end to finish up my final cut and perhaps depending on how it goes to put a lil lean muscle on in the end.

the real challenge will b this fall and winter depending on my health I might decide to do my first show next year which means I am shooting for 230lbs or more @ about 12-13%bf. My goal would be to come into the show at between 190-198 which is light for 5'11'' but figure for the first show cld be worse.
