Going whitewater rafting tomorrow

Every year some friends and I make a trek up north and hit the rapids...going on 8 straight years now...camp out tomorrow, drink some beer, cook up some steak, hit the water early Tuesday. I always feel bad for the guide we get...for some reason, they always end up floating down the river with the rest of us still in the boat! The worst thing is when you get a pussy for a guide who doesn't want to get the raft tipped over...that's the funnest part of it...anyone else gone rafting before?

Sounds like one hell of an adventure Swede.

I have been rafting once bf while on a trip to Colorado and honestly I found it to be very entertaining,

but will admit I enjoyed the activities at the camp much better.." Beers and Bitches "

Rafting was awesome...water was real high, weather was great. Hit a rock on the water while paddling and tore my finger nail off my left middle finger, but oh well...shit happens. I think I found out what I'm going to do next summer. They let a few people come up in May and train them for a few weeks on the rapids, and afterwards, they will certify you to guide for them. I'm all over that. How can you beat that...spending a summer getting paid to do that?
