First time using HGH and Slin together.

First time using HGH and Slin together.

This will be my first time using slin and HGH toegther. I have ran them separately in the past. My first time with slin was not a good one. I seen nothing from it whatsoever and was running Humalog at 10iu PWO. I think I was roughly 18-20% BF back then so I'm assuming back then I was a bit resistant. As far as HGH goes I have used it PWO and in the AM and PM when contest dieting.

Now here is my question I was planning on starting @4iu of slin, with 2-3 iu of GH PWO. I was gonna go sub-q with both...I have all the proper PWO supps lined up, and know how to eat with slin...Does this look good to you guys ? I'm starting from a very lean position this time, so I'm hoping to really see some benefit from the both together.

I would take both GH and slin with breakfast and then PWO if you have enough GH to do that. I would start out with the slin like you said at 4iu but just pin it twice (so 8iu total for the day - am and pm). I think you're going to have very high insulin sensitivity coming off of your contest so you should respond very well. After a couple weeks bump up to 5iu, then 6iu etc. Once you work your way up to 10iu then stop the slin for a few weeks.

I cant afford to run more than 2-3iu of GH ED...I never thought about running the slin before and after mt workouts...I work out usually 30-45mins after my first meal. I would worry about going hypo during the workout ???

Ok, then yea GH post workout would be best IMO for growth. It will increase protein synthesis and all that jazz. I didn't know if you worked out in the am or evening. I normally either workout at lunch time or in the evening bc I can't function that early to lift weights. So if you wake up early and lift early then I would do like you said and just shoot slin PWO.

Good deal then. Yeah with all these kids I got to get up take them to school hit the gym in the early AM and be at work soon after. I have not worked out in the evening in quite a long time. Wish I could sometimes.

Ok another question...Lets say I like to do cardio 20 min 3-4 times per week PWO would it be optimal to do this and then shoot my insulin and gh or should I just lay off the cardio for a while ? I tend to stay on the cardio because it helps keep my BP down and I just feel healthier when doing it.

If possible, I would do cardio on non-lifting days in the am fasted. There are different hormonal responses ellicited in the body related to lifting as compared to doing cardio. After lifting, if trying to grow, you would not want to alter or confuse the body by moving on to cardio IMO. If it were contest prep, thats another story however your trying to grow. So my suggestion would be to do cardio when possible seperate from lifting.

Ok that means I got to get my treadmill fixed here at the house then...Need to do it anyways as my wife is trying to get in shape and I need it fixed for prep anyways.

can u start out wit 2 iu of slin post wo sub q and do 8 iu gh im post also maybe 20 min after slin or would u do it back to back vt?
i have never done slin been reading up but i like to see what the seasoned people say
im at about 220 now tryin to grow more and not get fat!!
i like bein ripped but im losing some of that eatin so muich and cuttin cardio way down.

so any input is appreciated guys
just tryin to learn a lil more i thought this post would be good
