heres my day by day diet i plan on using to help cut up some...this was used by a friend of mine who used it when getting ready for the Mr. Michigan....

Day1 and Day3
MEAL 1
8 egg whites
1/4 cup red & green peppers
1/2 grapefruit
MEAL 2
1 can tuna
3 egg whites
MEAL 3
6oz chicken
2 cups lettuce
2 tbs apple cider vinegar & 1tbs olive oil
MEAL 4
8oz cod
1/2 grapefruit
MEAL 5
8 egg whites
1/4 cup red & green peppers
1/2 grapefruit

DAY 2
MEAL 1
6oz 93% lean beef
1/2 grapefruit
MEAL 2
1 can of tuna or 1 chicken breast
3 egg whites
MEAL 3
8oz chicken breast
2 cups salad (lettuce,cucmber,green peppers) w/ 2tbs cider vinager
and 1tbs sunflower oil or other veg. oil
MEAL 4
8oz cod
1/2 grapefruit
MEAL 5
8 egg whites + 1 whole egg
1/4 cup chopped red & green peppers, onions as an omelette
MEAL 6
6oz of 93% lean beef
6 egg whites & 1 whole egg
1/2 grapefruit

DAY 4
MEAL 1
5 egg whites
1 serving cream of rice
MEAL 2
3 oz lean meat
6oz read potatoe
1 cup vegetables
MEAL 3
3 oz lean meat
1 cup rice or beans
1 cup vegetables
MEAL 4
5 egg white
1/4 cup chopped red & green peppers, onions as an omelet

--- days 5-6 are a mix of what ever other day and the 7th being a clean cheat day... let me know your feedback

Do you plan to run this diet right up till show ?

If so get prepared to shrink..lol;)

no i have 24 weeks till comp...are you saying muscle mass? i'm going to throw in 2 protein shakes a day with it to. and right now i'm looking into what would be a good cutting cycle so i will send you that when i find that out...any ideas about the diet
