Bored with breakfast!

I have been eating 3/4 cup of oatmeal with 2scoops of whey on it forever i am sick of it, anybody that eats clean for breakfast care to share some ideas, protein+carb

4 egg whites
2 whole egg
2-4 ounces of chicken cut up
2-4 ounces of broccoli
2-4 ounces of cut up potatoe wedges(oven cooked)

Make that into an ommelette and you've got your self some protein and carbs...I just guessed on the amounts of add ons to the omellette..I've been trying that lately with some oatmeal but you can have some potatoe wedges on the side for carbs...Tasty breakfast versuses the eggs and oatmeal crap I got sick of.

Try this one high protein works well with few times a week.
1/2 our later half cup of fruits,,,,
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 pound of your favorite sausage meat ( yes raw)My balls :)
1 scoop soy protein isolate
1-teaspoon parsley flakes,,,

that sounds good, i might sub the broccoli with tomatoes, i was thinking also subbing the potatoes with wheat toast , either way my gf has some cooking to do this weekend!:D

Be creative with your food and keep it Clean,,,Dam it I am in the mood for some Double Whopper,,,
I ate like a pig sunday, 3 bratwurst sandwhiches and pirogies with fried onions , for dinner. I need to stop this! i want to do a show in the late summer

4 strips center cut bacon (diced)

put in bowl, stir together. put in pan and cook.

tasty. this is breakfast for me on weekends. i usually serve it with a side of cream of wheat and a giant glass of OJ.

HEY...BUDDY.....I DO THE GROCERY SHOPPING AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THE ALLWHITES IN THE STORE??? IS IT IN A WEIRD LOCATION? AND THE BACON.......ITS RAW WHEN YOU STIR IT IN ,RIGHT?????

they have them at the Stop & Shop near me in NY. if you go to the link you can go to the "where to buy" tab and find out a store near you that has them.

and the bacon i wrap in paper towel and put in the microwave for a minute or so... then i dice it up and mix it with the other ingredients in the pan. i use "center cut" bacon. it has something like 40% less fat in it that regular bacon.

8 egg whts scrambled (put some olive oil in eggs before scrambling)
ham/steak when not cutting
oatmeal, cream of wheat, or grits ( plain, sweetener on oats/Creamwht. butter on grits) or
12grain toast......................11
