Bad day at the gym.

After my chest workout, I headed to the jon to take my IGF in ea pec. I only used 30 IU (?). In ea pec, and in a minute, I was on the floor. I went down like a sack of potatos. I had a guy grab me an OJ from the fridge and I was good to go in 5 min. But that was the first time it hit me real hard like that. Anyone else have that happen?

30IU:confused: IGF is measured by mcg,

M Freaky, yea thats why I put the ?, I meant mcg's. Do you think 60 total mcg's, 30 in ea side is too much? My glucose is right in the middle of normal range, but for whatever reason, my sugar really drops when I use it. Thanks in advance.

JC 30mcg per muscle part is fine and you will see reasonable results. Note IGF is more potent than Gh. As reminder IGF prevents insulin from transporting glucose across cell membranes. As a result the cells have to switch to burning off fat as a source of energy. As you should be aware IGF has its ability has cause hyperplasia in your case. Make sure you stack on hand some oats or waximaize. Future ref Long R3 IGF-1 is more potent then IGF-1 just be aware on your next purchase.

Long R3 IGF-1, is what I have. Thank you for responding to me, I really appreciate it. The whole peptides thing is totally new to me. As I stated earlier in a post, I used to compete in my teens and early twenties, but got away from the gym for almost 15 years. I am back at it hard again, and my personal goal is to hit a couple more competitions again in 2010 and 2011. I hope to put forth my best yet. I am sure with the knowledge here, I can learn alot.

Why on earth are you doing it at the gym. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE TAKIN THAT FAST. For your own safety wait till you get home. And for the record IGF1 has never done anything like that to me and Ive done 100mcg's before. but on the safe side listen to Freaky's advice.............11

I never heard of IGF doing that to anyone. A few years back when i first did IGF, i miss counted and shot 400mcg's and was fine.Just my pockets felt that one. lol

ive never had it that severe but hypo can hit u very fast which is why i poudn a half shake of dark matter before the shot espicially in the chest, it hits u a lot faster prob due to the fact that theres less fat there but def get a drink ready beofre ur shot bro and yes its necessary to take ur shot within 5 to 10 min after ur workout or u will miss ur window of opportunity

Sounds like he's not really educated on what he's using...that is the most dangerous thing anyone can do...imho

Ive never heaqrd of IGF making anyone go hypo either. Are you sure it was the IGF? Do you take slin? Have a history of going hypo?
