My shoulder is screwed Its been 11mo since my wreck and my lft shldr is getting worse :mad: . Ive tried rehab and just ignoring the pain(which I can deal with) but the last couple wks its locking up and popping real loud, I can't lift it up without real pain or helping it with my RT. FUCK...
