hey guys.....the problem is my wife can go 1-2 weeks without wanting sex!
i`m 34 yrs. old. 2.5 months into a cycle and i want it alot more than that!
we`ve been together for 14 years.

shes 28 and IS on birth control. the pill. i was thinking maybe this is decreaseing her sex drive.she admits it, that she has no urgency for it

When I was married, we had it pretty consistently...3-4 times a week. We just made sure that we kept that as a priority in the relationship. I've always believed that a couple needs to make time for this, no matter how busy the schedules get. You can't start taking the other person for granted...you have to constantly work at the relationship, intimacy being a big part of it.

when i first met her....she had dropped out of school. i wasn`t in college but lived and worked around the area. i knew someone that knew her. thats how we hooked up.
she really wasn`t running with a great crowd,so when i came along(cause i`m such a great guy), her dad actually liked me.

Im 34 also, my wife and I have been together for almost 13 years and we have sex sometimes 1 time a week, sometimes a lot less. Never more than that though. It is a bummer. We have young kids and a lot of stress in our lives, maybe thats what it is for us. I dont know. I'm right there with you though.

I'm 31 now and have been married for ~4 years or so, and I have this problem too (sometimes it goes up to 2-3 times a week but rarely), on average I would say once a week.

My wife is the same way. She's always got too many irons in the fire and me bringing up the sex issue makes me feel like i'm kicking her while she's down. I could make things better but it would only last a month or so. I used to get crazy mad, now it's just a nuisance. I can tell my drive has lessened as well.
