winny in oil @100mg/ml
Okay I took my TNE formula from the previous post and used it to try and make winny @ 100mg/ml - hopefully painless.
So here is the formula again:
3%BA
5% Guaiacol
20%BB
20%BS
21%EO
22%GSO
the remianing % is taken up by the Winny.
1. I mixed and heated solvents in a waterbath
2. I added winny a bit at a time. I noticed after adding a good portion of the winny that it is no longer disolving. It behaved like no other powder I've worked with yet as it didn't all drop to the bottom or clump. it rather looked like a suspension. the pwdr appeared nore or less evenly dispurst.
3. i reheated the winny and solvents. I went directly to the hot plate as I've read that winny needs to literlly be melted into solution.
4. the solution turned clear. i thought this was sufficient and removed it from the heat. As it cooled i could see that particles were forming so i decided to reheat rather then add more guaiacol(my concentration is low and i have room to play with if neccessary).
5.This time i heated for a bit longer. the solution had turned a slightly darker golden brown. Right now it has cooled off enough that it is but warm to the touch and is hoding. If it holds over night then I will filter tomorrow and shoot.
by the way the vapors coming off this from the high heat do sting the nostril a bit if you stick your nose to close.
