When To Carb Up..

My show is on Friday at 5PM is the prejudging and the show follows the prejudging...When do you guys suggest I start carbing up?

My show is on Friday at 5PM is the prejudging and the show follows the prejudging...When do you guys suggest I start carbing up?

I have done it in 72 and 96 ours = (3, 4 days); I wouldn’t start the day before you will look flat. Ok lets say starting on Tuesday at least 70-100 grams per our at least that will keep your sodium level low keep your eye open on your potassium 600 to 800 mg per day. Third day out before the show cut water intake down to about 1-2 quarts per day. Again J2D every person will have a different input, Be positive Good luck with your show.

Is that 70-100 grams per hour starting today bro? I have script potassiums on the way that I'll be taking with some lasix.

OK, I just had a protein bar I was craving...One of the big 100's with 46g of carbs but I should probably stay away from them until right before the show. Do you suggest to eat anything other than yams, rice, and rice cakes with jam?

White potatoes, sweate potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, Walnuts, chicken breast, I like to throw steak,,,,,,J2D I am in mood for lobster and shrimp seee yo :p :p

OHH DAMN YOU M FREAKY!! lol...I guess I had to get that protein bar outa the way that I was craving. Now go enjoy that lobster and shrimp!! Oh but I'll be enjoying the casinos and $5.99 all-you-can-eat buffets Saturday and Sunday!!!:D
