What to eat

I have stomach/liver issues right now and was wondering how to keep my protein intake high without eating normally. I've read articles before that Whey Protein and dairy in general isn't really good but I found something at the pharmacy earlier, it's called Fortimel and it's kind of a mini-shake. Unfortunately, it contains too many carbs for my own good

Protein wise, if you're looking for an alternative to whole foods and non dairy, you could try:

1) Gemma pea protein isolate
2) Egg white protein
3) Hemp protein
4) Soy protein
5) Lean beef amino's (LBA's)
6) BCAA's
7) Rice protein

Great place to pick up any of the above: http://www.trueprotein.com/product_listings.aspx?cid=22&v=2

I'd love to try Rice Protein or Hemp Protein. Thank you for the link (haven't seen any online supplement company carrying those).

Where do you buy lean beef amino's?
Everything I listed including the LBA's you can get through the link I provided you. LBA's are expensive but can be used as a meal (along with your other macro's) or as something to sip on between meals.

I agree...chocolate is great tasting haha. You can toss a little in your coffee or even use as a desert topping...

I tried something else last time I was in the U.S. ... something we don't have here: beef jerky .. I didn't like it (too chewy :D ).

Hahaha I love beef jerky lol. You'll like these much better, it's actually a liquid. It contains a very good ratio of amino acids and glycerol to keep you hydrated and really enhance pumps in the gym.

Time to check out that site then!
I bought protein chicken broth (sp?) from TrueProtein last year and believe it or not the taste wasn't bad at all.
