I make a great underwear model. Not so good bodybuilder. I have too small of a frame (read bones) for my height. And all the drugs in the world aren't changing that. I get on stage cuz it's fun. I need no other reason.
VC I truly admire your attitude seems like nothing bothers you, I give allot of credit just to get on stage and give it all you got. On the other hand (T-Shirt) I will work something out for. Good luck with your upcoming show

your looking lean man thats huge at any size. You may need a band aid because you are all cut up. whats the story with the gym the pics were taken it looks hard core with an ok squat rack. Any way man look darn good in the pics if you don't think so goto the store and look at guys 10 years younger than you and you will know that your in shape.

VC, looks like you dialed in your diet nicely, very sherred, once you carb up you will fill out some......one thing though, when your doing a back double bicep open it up,,,,dont crunch in your arms, they should be at 90 degrees....you will do good in your show, should be a killer show!

Don't let your frame get you down. Just do the best with what God gave you. I can't preach enough to people that AAS only enhances what you really are, it cannot change what you really are. Besides, the girls love that taller lean look! Too bad I love my wife and daughter and am happily married
I'm not kidding, my wife and I went out on the town one night and a table of three 22 year old girls (right in front of my wife) said they had a "bet" and wanted to know my age. When I told them, they were shocked and still cooed. I was flattered...wifey...not so much

wow, great story pro... i agree... i have long ago give up on trying to get "big" ... i have been on a year long cutting cycle that has gotten my waist down to a 31 from a rumbling bumbling 37... lol... i still probably have another year left to get the thin skin look...Thanks for all the great comments and tips guys.
