HELLOO EVERYONE! i'm new to the site, but not to this game... just wanna say hello to you guys, and i like the site....



i've ran these two before but i just wanna know how the protocol should look....

I shoot the igf Bi laterally, immediately Post workout, then how long should i wait to shoot the slin?

most times i do 100mcg igf1lr3 in the am, slin pw in th afternoon, but i dont think its gonna be a problem doing it at the same time

igf immediately after workout have your shake wait 20 min take ur slin with a protein shake
