The breaks!

I need to put the breaks on my weight loss! I was 179 this morning. I guess I'll add a 6th meal before bed. 4 oz turkey and 6 egg whites.

Thoughts?

I'd suggest that it might just be lots of water/glycogen loss from very low carbs? Perhaps adding some carbs might help. Or you could just wait until your carb up to gain it all back. :confused:

This is a good point, and something Ive been worrying about...

With all the water/gycogen loss happening NOW, how will I not become bloated and gain rapid water when I carb up before show ? Is it controlled because of the diuretics I will be taking ?

I have considered that. I carb-up on Monday and Thursday night before bed. The only two meal six days I've had thus far. In that I have a serving of cream of rice, a banana and a TBS of almond butter. I may add a 10 oz sweet potato to that.

I've been thinking about shit loading the morning of the show. I've never done this and don't mind saying I'm a little afraid too. Thoughts?

Vc, i don't like it at all, way too much chance to spill, try a shit load if you do a 3 or even 4th show, when your competely drawn out.

VC, if it's fat you are losing and water than what is the problem? Don't let the scale play games with your head. The tighter you come in the better you will look, you know that...Fuck the weight!!

ELITE---Don't shit load your first show...Do everything as you've been doing it so you can find out what works best...Future shows you can change things around a little to see how you react.

I don't want to step on stage at 163 again :(

It never occurred to me for a second that I could start at 196 11 weeks out and end up in the mid to high 160's again. Fuck!
