OK, I never realized what a bitch it is trying to take a pic while flexing:eek: Sorry for the blur, but I took like 15 pictures and these were the best i could get. I suppose it doesn't help that I have essential tremor anyway. I will never flame anyone for posting up blurry pictures again!!

Ok first off I have to commend you, some thick ass calves and legs are looking good....

Now about the fanny pack on the window sill and the spandex shorts...ummm yeah...enough said!!:D

but seriously, I wish I had calves with that thickness

lol!! That's the camera case on the sill:) No spandex here, but I always wear shorts. Not to sound conceited, but I got good legs so I show them off when I can:D

Quads have great seperation and those calves are on their way to being BULLS. Nice work, TenMan. Now go to the beach and get some sun...Really need it..LOL :D

Yeah, I know I need some tanning...I'm a white boy with red hair, nuff said!

The shoes??? VC, I've looked for years for replacements for my Adidas Torsion High Tops from the 80's and I finally found them...those are the ones I have on in the pic. Damn near the same shoe. I LOVE high tops, but it is damn near impossible to find them anymore. I found them at a discount department store that caters primarily to black folks. These are great shoes for B-Ball!! I hope I don't come off sounding racist, cause I'm not, but that's where I finally found them.

OK, I'm gonna let the cat out of the bag. I haven't worked my calves in over three (3) years. Thighs, yes, but calves, no. Purely genetic on my dad's side. I use to work them, but they got so damn big they were making my quads look small, so I just stopped working them alltogether.

...I only wish I had it that easy with my upper body...
