I start my contest diet 20 weeks out in december....doing the npc wisc in may (hopefully as middleweight around 170)

very good my man, can't wait to see ya sliced and diced. from my vantage point i think the only muscle group that may be lagging is your calves, but could also just be an optical allusion from this front side shot. try to get one posted of them if you get a chance. but i must say over all you are quite thick and look real good, all your dedication and hard work have paid off.

i'll admit when i was competing in the mid 90s as a bantamweight (there's contest pics on my OLM thread i posted in this link) my calves were good...3 years ago i broke my fib/tib in 3 places on my left leg and have a titanium rod and pins and it's hampered my ability and desire for that matter to do alot of extra work on my calves....my left leg is still 1.5" smaller than my right leg from being on crutches and a boot for 6 months when it happened

big time ouch!! i guess i can sure understand you stance on that issue.

upper body and lower body is thick, lots of size, symetery hard to judge and alot of work to do to get into condition, you said that so good thinking on your part. 20 weeks sounds good, i like your approach, when was the last show?

i was a bantamweight in 1996 and my last show i was a 138lb bantam at the 2001 npc wisconsin.....i was natural then and took 12 weeks to diet from 160 down to 138 and placed 2nd....hoping to place top half of middleweight class in may at either the appleton show or the npc wisconsin.....i start my pct and precontest diet mid dec........
