Small Cycles
For those that dont compete its not a bad idea IMHO.
Im not saying that ive not done 1000mgs per week test and 600mgs pw deca and threw in d-bol or adrol. But i stick with a basic meat n potatos cycle of test and tren anymore and maybe frontload deca if the joints are giving me problems.
For myself i found that the crash wasnt as bad going around 400-600 mgs of test 12 weeks and 100-300 mgs tren 6 weeks. The way this amout realy started working for me was when i took off over a year and went natural.
What im saying is less can be better if your traning/diet is dailed in right and just because your super huge guys look the way they do is because thats what they do for a living and they have to raise the bar high. Its not because they run a 3-4 way stack of high dosage cycles, its because everything is clicking on all 8 cylinders.
I dont think there is a size big enough i could realy be content with but thats what makes weight lifting/bodybuilding so great, you always set goals.
Some of the best advice i could give a noob would be start small and focus on your training/diet and add a stack when what your using isnt floating your boat anymore. You can always add more as you go along but its alot harder to cut back on the dosage that your use to.
