good mass to work with. Id go 12-15wks and get real cut. My pic is me after 13wks on the same combo.
5'10 243lbs..dunno...18%bf maybe?...i was off in these pics...been off for a bit...bout to jump on var/tren/prop for 6-8weeks....

probably right...i would end up going to 12 though since i have 1 20ml bottle tren/prop and 2 10ml prop/masteron
1-6 add cardio only with my mass program i just started ... called the SHUT UP program i got off of T-nation...i did 6 weeks of this a few months ago and loved it
then 7-12 will be total body training/conditioning with diet tweeked a bit with HIIT cardio training

You know that I hate HIIT training - but go for the gold brotha - you should be just fine during that cycle - just make sure you keep the junk food limited

i prefer HIIT...it's over faster lol....i finally have an ipod mini coming in so i can jam out...
been 2 years since i had my own music.....this should be a phase to remember....

no special software needed... just head over to itunes and set yourself up an account... from there you can start filling that puppy up.... i just put 10 more new songs on mine last night...

hey pro...
it all depends on from where the music was obtained from... because the ipod is format specific you cant just start slapping music on it... if they were downloaded off an original cd then the will work...
if the music was downloaded off of a file share network it is highly unlikely that it will be in the correct format...
there use to be a file share program that you could get off of the internet and it would convert everything for you, but i think apple suing people killed that program...
anyway... hoped that helped..
