5'10 243lbs..dunno...18%bf maybe?...i was off in these pics...been off for a bit...bout to jump on var/tren/prop for 6-8weeks....

As far as the tat HOLY SHIT get ready to be in pain :D Like it though, just ouch ouch ouch ...Mine didnt hurt to bad but when I asked my guy what hurts the worst he said in this order....rib cage, spine, kneck...Have fun!!

i would LOVE to keep the wings together...but i want them attached and am in NO way an artist..

having the stars kinda fucked up my new idea of having the wing span flow over my shoulders and onto each arm

so that when i hold my arms up the wings will spread......i need to find a good artist...i dont care how much i have to pay for 16 hours as long as he does it RIGHT, ya know?

for NOW, though, i'm keeping the spine...and yeah...gonna hurt....ill take some of my Rx's before that visit lol

Cutting - hmmmm, you like pizza and beer way to much to cut - just hit the cardio a little bit more and you should be fine sir.

Id say your around 17% or so. If you shot for 11-12% you would see a world of difference. You would be nice and lean at around 220. 20-25lbs arent that bad to lose, go for it...Switch to light beer :D and you would have to do some cardio if you want to keep your diet somewhat the same. If you cleaned up your diet I bet you could knock 20 off in about 6-8 weeks no problem.

12% would be super...i just cant seem to find time to do cardio working 50 hours a week and lifting 4 nights a week

the only time i have to do it is saturday and sunday..it sucks..i have NO CLUE how you guys do it

I'm with ya' there man - I work around 50-55 hours (for dirt basically, but that's another story) but I still find time to hit atleast .5hr of running M-F, whether I go early in the morning, take a lunch, or go at night - I atleast find something where I can fit it in - just to help! I mean you remember me, haha!!

you are about 18-20% bf bro, not to bad but not to good either but your build is nice even with the fat. so when you cutt up you will look really good.

Kosher, I think you're around 16%, that would where my guess is. I agree with the rest, 20lbs of fat shredded off of you and you would actually appear bigger IMO... People were mistaking me as 250lbs when I was 188lbs at 5-6%. It's crazy but the lean muscular cuts show off the hard work more than that layer of fat does...Crank it up bro cardio and tweak the diet a little.

i've been thinking for the past 2 years about doing this...it was easy as hell when i worked part time and went to college...i'd go in the morning for cardio, night for weights...it was fannnntastic and i didnt even have enough money to eat correctly so i stuck to whey smoothie shakes (full of everything cheap i could blend)...

20lbs would be lovely...i think i may just jump on the wagon this cycle...maybe not lol

...im a big horny dude..and i chase tail a lot..

how about a cycle that would knock my drive out the window intentionally while i dedicate my time to my temple?...i hate the idea of that...but i was just curious...









on second thought..i like fuckin' wayyyy too much to do that....

Just upgrade the fuckin' test with masteron and have a blast brotha! You get your weights in the weight room and cardio with the females (from all that test - you will be ready like the Energizer Bunny)!!
