Starting to diet down....got a little too fat this offseason. Trying a new diet and training approach so we'll see how it goes. LOVING it so far...more cals that my actual offseason and I've been leaning out and getting stronger.

Thanks Myo, got a long ways to go but I enjoy the work to get there. I've switched to a high volume leg routine and it's KICKING MY ASS. I've almost lost my dinner the past few workouts haha.

My main focus is back width, chest thickness, and ham thickness. I also need to add some rear delt thickness for a more 3D look. I'm going to spend the next year or so really focusing on keeping strict with my diet and training and will hopefully hit the stage again in 2012.

SERIOUS improvements on the quads man...Damn...Everything looks great.
Thanks MU...I hope I can get as lean as you over the next 8-10 weeks...we'll see how it goes. I'm using a new trainer and the dude know's his shit. Like I said, I'm getting more food right now but it off-sets the higher volume. I'm really really liking it right now though. Definitely a good change of pace.

Thanks Irish. I think moving to high volume and adding in a DC style stretch for my lats should really make some serious improvements. I'll be keeping this updated...you guys definitely help with the motivational aspect...homo's.

I'm back up to 255lbs and much leaner than I was before. My legs are growing very well but I'm having a hard time with keeping my chest and tiny arms proportional. Oh well, I'm going to keep pounding away and hopefully things will fall into place. I'll update some pics as soon as I shave this coat off my chest and back.

Update

Sitting around 250-252lbs in the am...6'1''.

Feel like my legs are really liking the high volume...leg day has become pretty brutal to say the least.
