6 inches above the knee cap is where I do it...I asked the same question before and thats where wylie suggested.I'm looking to see where my quads are at , where is the best place to measure them for an accuracy?
i went from 6 inches from top of leg 27, and then 6 inches above kneecap 24........i need to bring my legs up, any suggestions , Leg day is about 17 sets including squats,,,, i also dead on back day.......6 inches above the knee cap is where I do it...I asked the same question before and thats where wylie suggested.
mmmmm...Meat and potatoes with gravy sound so good right now!!!Free Squats are king.....Followed by heavy leg presses. IMO that is the meat and potatoes on any leg workout.
