Preacher 4 weeks later....

Hey guys I got some shots after only 4 weeks let me know if it looks like i'm making some progress from my first post.

Things I have changed are basically eating every 2 hours now and working out 5 days a week

Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Back/lats
Wed: Legs
Thurs: shoulders/traps
Fri: arms

I'm basically doing 3-4 excersises with 10 reps some times to failure...

it looks like its going well bro. looking think and put on some quality size. I would try hitting your chest in different area's like decline and incline press also not leaving out flat bench, this will make your chest thinker and bigger on the top and bottom.

I do see some improvements, it really is tough, next round of pics try and take a little further away and not one muscle group so we can see the whole package. But from your last pic in your before pics to these pics, you look fuller, your arms have grown some and thats really all I could see. It has been only 4wks and looks like you've made some good gains thus far...Keep us posted and keep that diet clean bro, that is the key.

Changes are apparent but I agree with J2dm...Take some pics further away and with classic BB poses to give a better critique. I would focus on chest and back and the rest will grow as well. Stay strict on the diet and consistency is the key to getting what you want. Keep it up bro and put some new ones up with better poses in a few months and should really some some progress. Good luck bro
