old pm's
Damn, I had to make room in my pm box, the one's I cleared were from 10 years ago, and a couple of the people have gone on to greener pastures since those notes...I couldn't get rid of Grizz's, that would have been going a bit to far.
I reminisced a bit, in my head I'm like hell 10 years ago I still had some size and strength left. You know from 30 to 50 if you stay active the body really doesn't change all that much, but man once you start having to get surgeries for the shoulders you've worn out and other injuries occurred...from 50 to 60 is an unkind decade of life.
