nothing in 2 months

Hey guys in the last two months I have not gained and inch.... Should I worry or should I start just bulking?

Right now I try to eat pretty clean and am trying to grow while losing BF% it has worked up until now.....

I work out 5 days a week
Chest
back
off
shoulders
Legs
Arms

I grab a weight thats hard for me and lift it 3x for 15, 12, 10, 5. I do each one for about 3-4 weeks then switch to 12's do that for 3-4 weeks then switch to 10's and so on .... Each week I increase the weight 5-10lbs for each excercise....

Food
Breakfast
4-5 scrambled eggs with Hot sauce and shredded cheese

Snack
60g protien shake

Lunch
Chicken breast
Cottedge cheese
Tuna on rice cakes
yogart (small)

Snack
Pepperoni sticks

Dinner
What ever the wife makes....
and am happy to eat it.......

Snack
60g protien

I'm feeling at a stand still and should start eating anything and everything.... but would really hate to loose the abs.....

what you guys think....

I say change the diet.

Im no guru but I've been adding more carbs the last few weeks (fuck it summer is over) and have been seeing some nice gains.

Try adding a couple more cheat meals while keeping an eye on the abs.

I agree with you on adding more carbs and watch the abs.

But You are already eating enough cheat items from what I'm guessing...Add in some more CLEAN cals.....Protein and carbs.

what about working out every 2 days... giving me more of a rest?..... I will try to scarf down some more good carbs and protien.... hope the budget takes it... fucking food is getting expesive now eh.....
