Ok juiced here is one of me trying to flex, see if you can help. I also noticed i need to work on my lower and upper chest a tad more seems to be shrinking a bit. also I have put on a bit of fat not to bad but really makes a difference in hardness. my goal is 235-245 at 6% and then i will do an over 40's show.
