New Employee
I have been running my own drywall business for a few years now and have 5 employees. The newest one I hired via an employee saying he knows someone that really needs a job. sight unseen I gave HER a call and talked her on the phone and then asked her to come in. I knew she was younger but never cared.....
Turns out she's 17, and extremly cute. My wife grunted and growed a little but there's alot of trust there. I hope.
Day 1, she showed up wearing a low cut shirt, and jeans under her jeans was dental floss that she had hiked up and showed off everytime she bent over....
We had to have a dress code talk.
Now I have the rest of my crew out a 1 house and i'm at this other small house training her. I asumed any chick that applied for this type of work would be big and ugly. She's 5'2 106lb and as I said before cute as fuck. Piercings in her nose, two in her tongue and some more other places that I won't ask about even though she has told me she has more "would you like to know where" "no thank you" I said.
Day 4 she begs me to drive my truck "its a sexy beast" I give her 10 km and no further.
Day 5 she has now started texting me when she's on her day's off......
Now I love the game don't get me wrong, and I keep things pretty professional but this girl tells me she gets whats she wants.
Do I fire her and on what grounds and do I just say fuck it and pound the living shit out of her and kiss the wife and kids good by.......
I hate women......... Life would be easier if I was gay.....
