Yeah the weight would vary the numbers...I'm not sure how much he weighs.
Help me out then....here are stats of this morning after gym:

5'10"
255lbs

....I also you say to run on an empty stomach...I normally go to the gym during the morning, do you think I should hit the cardio first then weight train? Right now I am lifting then running....? I also eat a PBJ before I work out to give me carbs and a lil protein....healthy or not? Been doing this for about 5 weeks...and I was just thinking I need something in my stomach in order to weight train.

OK seven, that explains why you havent lost much weight...Your diet doesn't have enough meals and the choice of foods are not ideal for weight loss.

Wallyd mentioned the diet Elite is on....THAT is where you need to be brother (minus the waxymaize). It sounds like you are serious and ready to make some major changes...So now you MUST commit and be proactive...No more feeling sorry for the way you look my man, time to change it!

Please do not take anything I say as negative man...Thats certainly not my intention.
Let me get to the house this evening and I will do just a real basic diet that will greatly improve your ability to lose weight.

Also the cardio should be done after weight training and your glycogen stores will be depleted even further and it will take less time for you to get the fat burning benefits out of the cardio.

Also have you had a comprehensive thyroid panel done to make sure you have no thyroid issues ? Do those run in your family at all ?

Holy redundant! You realize that your breakfast has about 40grams of protein and quintuple that in carbs, right?

Actually, your whole diet is severely lacking in protein. We're going to have to fix you up right good! ;)

You need to spread your meals out to 6 per day and as even as posible. This willl speed up your metabolism.
I bolded the thing you need to get rid of or change.
Breads (white flour) milk, sugars (use artificial) have got to go.
You need more protein, cleaner carbs and quality fats. keep carbs moderate and slowly lower them over a period of time about every 2wks.
Just bust your ass in the gym and keep up the cardio and it will come off you just have to be patient................11
