Honestly, dude, you just need to lose a lot more weight. Yes, they might always be a problem area, but to claim they are an unbeatable problem level right now is wrong.

I agree. Come down slowly and your skin will tighten up a lot more over time.

So there lays my problem...how do I loose this weight...I have tried and tried and tried...and I can't seem to loose it?

Without too many specifics, what have you tried and for how long? Consistantly too, not hit n miss...

This is what I have tried (simple version) [all are at different times of the year, not at once]:

-Diet and clen
-Diet, t3, running
-running, prop, tren


...nothing has helped me loose the weight.

Dude, you can do it...I've seen the fattest of fat people slim down. All the chemicals in the world will not help lose that fat...YOU NEED A STRICT RESTRICTIVE CALORIC DIET!! No other way will get rid of that stubborn fat.

You need to eat clean 100% of the time and train your ass off...If you are THAT serious about losing it then get yourself ready for a tough but REWARDING ride!

You need to eat clean 100% of the time and train your ass off...If you are THAT serious about losing it then get yourself ready for a tough but REWARDING ride!
But then I need help I guess on what to do on DIET...I do not eat fast food, I hardly drink, I don't eat pizza, I don't eat ice cream....I mean...what the hell??????

Can you tell me your exact caloric and macronutrient intake for yesterdy? If not, I suggest that's your problem. Start writing it all down.

check out elite34"s diet. it is working good for me and i have to admit i do cheat a LITTLE.

try it WITHOUT the clen and T3... the rebound from those hit some people harder than others.

I responded on OLM and I will say the same thing here....DIET.... Gear{Meaning},clen, t3 are all items condusive for fat loss but in themselves dont cause it. As far as the lipo is concerned it would look stupid as you have BF all over not just in the flanks. So the weight loss needs to be done evenly.

It's all about being consistent with training and diet....No short cuts...Even with gear you still have to diet and bust your ass.

1. Cardio first thing in the Morning on and emty stomch for 30-60 minutes
2. Weight Train at least 4 days per week as well.
3. Do not exceed 2500 clean calories per day with a 40-40-20 percent ratio. Cut all Carbs after 6pm.
4. when cheating make it a meal....Not a day.

If you do exactly what I'm putting down you could go from 25%{I think your around 25-28%} to 12% in 8-12 weeks. Hell nothing to be ashamed off...Just make no exscuses and take care of business. You will be shocked of the results of a diet that is 95% clean all the time.

u have to be militant when you eat! eating for taste & pleasure is a no go...

You know thats not true...Be honest about your diet and we can help you more.

Calories are calories....You can get fat from eating to many clean calories just like you can when you eat to many shit calories. When there is a surplus is will be stored.

I don't know about that. Maybe, but it is only 250g proteing/day at that level. Maybe more 60-20-20, no? Then again, I guess it would depend on Seven's weight and whatnot....
