milk thistle

ok...i`m looking for milk thistle. i know nothing about it. where`s a good place and how much to take daily? i found a website....but its only 50mg?????

I can cap some for you for cheap...LMK, I have 100g sitting around here I use as a filler when I cap dbol. If you wanted I could cap you a combo of Green Tea Extract and MIlk Thistle! :D

A normal dose is 500mg-1000mg ed while you're on orals.
