I was just curious and thinking if that was a good meal or not...sounds more like a cheat meal...got ya'...No not at all....Fat, fat and more fat...Not to mention the insulin response from the white bread and ketchup{Both are just refined sugar, might as well eat a snickers bar}...You can't get lean eating Mcdonalds, or most any other fast food.
Prepare and cook all your meals the day before.
Bulking is a different story now...However I will still try to eat pretty darn clean even while putting on weight.

Amazing new avy^^^what he said. if you are single go to your local grocery store and buy a rotisserie chicken (take the skin off)and that should last you two days for meat.....unless you are 300 lb in which case that will be protein for one day. you could also get game birds for an even better fowl meals. if you're gonna eat burgers, i recommend buffalo meat. that stuff is lean and get the free range stuff that is not full of hormones and anti-biotics. i much prefer bison over beef any day, although you can purchase free range beef from Australia that has no hormones or anti-biotics in it, it taste kinda like elk when they are free to roam until butcher time comes.
