McD's...

How healthy is getting like 3 reg. hamburgers, and taking the meat from the other 2 and stacking it on one bun? Cut the carbs, no cheese, just ketchup and three burger patties with one bun...

...decent meal for some protein?

No not at all....Fat, fat and more fat...Not to mention the insulin response from the white bread and ketchup{Both are just refined sugar, might as well eat a snickers bar}...You can't get lean eating Mcdonalds, or most any other fast food.

Prepare and cook all your meals the day before.

Bulking is a different story now...However I will still try to eat pretty darn clean even while putting on weight.

^^^what he said. if you are single go to your local grocery store and buy a rotisserie chicken (take the skin off)and that should last you two days for meat.....unless you are 300 lb in which case that will be protein for one day. you could also get game birds for an even better fowl meals. if you're gonna eat burgers, i recommend buffalo meat. that stuff is lean and get the free range stuff that is not full of hormones and anti-biotics. i much prefer bison over beef any day, although you can purchase free range beef from Australia that has no hormones or anti-biotics in it, it taste kinda like elk when they are free to roam until butcher time comes.

Awesome...thank you. I was just curious and thinking if that was a good meal or not...sounds more like a cheat meal...got ya'...

And by the way, I am 260, so one chicken would be gone by lunch and snack lol...I eat that shit up!

Second, thank you. I will look into Bison meet...if I have burgers (from home) I usually try and have turkey ones...taste better too!

LOL I was just about to take exception to your statement, but I guess you beat me to it.

Whenever I do get lazy and slum it and buy one of those chickens, that's just for dinner. 2 days? Are we feeding an Ehtiopian?

lmfao!! sorry, didn't mean to offend ya big feller. you know i'm just a little ole 235 pounder, so for me a full sized chicken lasts me two meals these days...my metabolism has slowed a bit since i'm an old fart now.:D

I'm about 20lbs more and I am eating about 60g of protein per serving...shouldn't you be around that as well...."old fart"?
