Yes you could, but if it goes out, for some reason gear or booze what ever you will be in the same boat this person is now. Unless your saving a close friend or lover family, then donating a kidneys is not a good idea, you have no way of telling the future and know if you need it or not. I have a kidneys 1 of them might even be both but i will piss blood once ina while scary shit, but its just from diet, doctor said dont worry about it, and then i also piss blood but a more pink stream from having to much sex my doctor said.... that bastard.
